Check this guy out…TIME magazine named Dean Karnazes as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential People in the World.” Men’s Fitness hailed him as one of the fittest men on the planet. Among his many accomplishments, he has run 350 continuous miles, foregoing 3 night’s sleep. He’s run across Death Valley in 120 degree temperatures. He’s run a marathon to the South Pole in -40 degree temperatures.
How about this… 50 marathons in 50 days in 50 states of America…amazing!
And guess what he let slip in one of his interviews…
“I do a lot of cross-training. And one thing I rarely do is what I’m doing right now: sitting down. I never sit. I have a standing desk in my home office.”
Not a bad guy to follow the tracks of when it comes to health and fitness!
